When you sign up for Taskyard, we collect your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your Google profile picture and Google ID.
We store tasks, projects, and reminder settings that you create within the app.
Your data is used solely to provide the Taskyard service: managing your tasks, sending reminder emails, and tracking your subscription plan. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL) and cached in Redis. Reminder emails are sent via Resend. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, which removes all associated data.
Taskyard integrates with the following third-party services:
Razorpay — Payment processing. We do not store credit card details. All payments are handled directly by Razorpay.
Resend — Sending reminder emails. We share only the email address and task details necessary to deliver the reminder.
Google OAuth — Optional sign-in. We receive only the profile information you authorize (email, name, avatar).
Groq — AI-powered task parsing. Task text is sent to Groq for natural language understanding.
We retain your data until you delete your account. Account deletion can be requested via email. Upon deletion, all projects, tasks, and personal data are permanently removed within 30 days.
